Wrapping up a successful and fruitful Infrastructure mission last June, and in collaboration with DBT UK, the EBCC hosted a ‘Beyond the mission’ event at the Egyptian Cultural Bureau in London.

This hybrid event featured a keynote speech by HE Sherif Kamel, the Egyptian Ambassador to the UK, and was attended by representatives from The Egyptian Commercial Office in the UK and NBE UK.

Hybrid presentations included Eng. Mohamed Shamroukh, the Executive President of the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Egypt (NTRA), reflecting on the opportunities in the Telecom sector in Egypt. In addition to Mr. Atter Hanoura, Director of the PPP Central Unit, shedding light on the public-private partnership structure.

During the event, we also discussed the opportunities identified during our time in Egypt and strategically planned the next steps for advancing these prospects. We look forward to collaborating further on these initiatives and continuing to build strong, impactful partnerships.
