EBCC was pleased to attend the Egypt National Day Reception held at the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in London, marking Egypt’s National Day and celebrating the enduring friendship between Egypt and the United Kingdom.

 

The reception was graciously hosted by His Excellency Ashraf Swelam, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and Mrs Jumana Shehata. The event brought together senior representatives from government, diplomatic missions, business organisations, industry, and the wider Egyptian-British community to celebrate Egypt’s national occasion and the strong ties that continue to connect both countries.

 

Representing the EBCC, members of the Executive Team joined distinguished guests in recognising the depth and strength of the UK-Egypt relationship, as well as the continued progress in bilateral trade, investment, and commercial cooperation.

 

The event provided a valuable opportunity to celebrate the shared commitment of both countries towards strengthening economic partnerships, encouraging collaboration, and creating new opportunities for businesses across the UK and Egypt.
