The EBCC was pleased to facilitate a series of B2G meetings during the recent ministerial visit to London by H.E. Dr. Randa El-Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, and H.E. Mohamed Farid, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade.
The meetings brought together representatives from leading UK organisations and Egyptian government officials to discuss opportunities for enhanced cooperation, investment and knowledge exchange across key sectors. Discussions focused on strengthening bilateral trade relations, supporting investment flows, and identifying areas for future collaboration between the UK and Egypt.
These engagements form part of the EBCC’s ongoing commitment to fostering meaningful dialogue between the public and private sectors and creating opportunities for its members to engage directly with senior decision-makers from both countries.
The EBCC extends its sincere thanks to Sidara and PwC for generously hosting these meetings and providing an excellent platform for productive discussions. Their support contributed significantly to the success of the engagements and reinforced the importance of public-private collaboration in advancing UK–Egypt economic relations.
The Chamber looks forward to building on the momentum generated during these discussions and continuing to support initiatives that strengthen bilateral trade, investment and commercial partnerships between the UK and Egypt.
